About Tapping on FOF

Hi, gentlemen,
yesterday i downloaded crazy train for FOFIX 3.120 and when the songs reach it's solo part, i was thinking about adding tapping option to FOFIX,
I mean tapping without pick, like Guitar Hero World Tour and above GH'S
I think that it'll be cool if on further FOFIX versions we can play songs with tapping

I think he means the slide thing. Well, this tapping thing is on the progress. Solo buttons and sliders support are added, we just have to wait for no pick tapping.

That's a good idea as myself doesn't like "no picking" mode. Haha. And we should get extra scores for turning them off, if there are slide/no pick notes in the song tho.

It would be more realistic to requiring tapping only at the parts where the chart defines it as required (ie. solo), otherwise not using it where it is demanded should decrease the score. Using tapping where it is not defined as required in the chart should decrease the score.

Yes, i think that it'll be better if someone can add a function to EOF and further releases of FOFix , to track tapping sections, like solos and BRE, it should be cool

EOF supports this already, but FoFiX does not.

They are notes that you play with the slider pad on the GH guitars or you can just tap them like hopo. They are in every GH game after World Tour and depending on what system, they are either connected with a line, or covered in purple.

Explains why I haven't heard of them, then.

I only play Rock Band (and then only when having a party or something; rest of the time, I use the guitar controller to play FoFiX). Thanks, though, mate.
