Guitar Hero 5 Rock Meter/Star Power Help!

Hey I was wondering how do I put the Rock Meter and Star Power on the sides of the neck? I really want to have them.

Seeing as nobody has offered any help so far, ill say this..
your best bet is to DL a couple of other themes that have the rock meter/ multiplier in different places and look through the files see if you can work out how it was done, see what differences there are between the different layouts. That would be your biggest clue on how to go about doing it yourself id imagine.

An alternative is to wait until the Guitar Hero 5 theme comes out since we have the coding to do that in that theme.
